It's always been a bit hit and miss but, for the last couple of days, my Taxfiler has not been able to link to HMRC data saying 'The HMRC service does not recognise the authorisation'.
Has anything changed recently?

My Taxfiler - HMRC is working fine.
The link between Taxfiler and HMRC only lasts 18 months before needing to be re-authenticated, so maybe try disconnecting and reconnecting it.
It would be nice if a better error was given as I just assumed this was an HMRC issue and have been working round it now for about a month. If it had mentioned I had to re-authenticate I could have made things a lot simpler for me.
Not had that. It just means you need to reauthorise the link in Taxfiler. As I recall this has to be done with all third party software every 18 months or so
