Taxfiler Locked Out

Received our taxfiler annual invoice today (first notice) and account is locked until paid - being held to ransom and 15% price increase as well!

Wouldnt mind if had a week twos warning but nothing, very poor form from IRIS

Just a rant

i had a rant at taxfiler, they calim to have informed of the increase last september, we had nothing from them until the invoice arrived today

they claim the software has improved, but its unchanged to me and if anythign the support has got worse

The software is pretty much the same. There have been some additions of doubtful value. But they did announce the price increase ages ago (not sure about September).

IRIS once did the same to us on mainstream IRIS
At a time that we were disputing the bill, and we were correct.

We are being charged the website annual price

Asked for a further discount and got refused
