Company client one director/shareholder undertakes medical work at 3 different private hospitals. The working week can vary depending on the amount of work. Some weeks all work is one hospital and some weeks at all 3. With the latter case,2 of the hospitals might only represent 10%20% of the working week whereas with situation 1 the hospital is 100% of the working week. The question surrounds the temporary workplace rules and whether all hospitals would be treated as a permanent workplace and therefore the 24 month/40% rules are irrelevant anyway?
If they are not irrelevant how would we would out what travel costs can be paid or reimbursed to the director?
