Excellent article - and example of how the laws of unintended consequences are brought into being when legislation is rushed for political expediency.

The deficiencies of the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Act have been written about quite a bit in P Eye (using some of the same examples) ... but I'll admit to having been in ignorance of the implications of Trust Registers. Thanks.

But catch all irrelevant lists sweep in dross details at material costs to honest taxpayers whilst ignoring the true criminals details.
