This may seem a little bit off the wall but i wanted to get your feedback on what you think to not using FRSSE at all?

I suppose the question is why would you not use it?
I have had clients who, perhaps for marketing reasons, or who are weird, chose to drop FRSSE but, in the vast majority of cases the standard is there to make life easier and less costly and so I can't really think of any reason not to follow it.
What's made you consider this?
What do they use?
Presumably the full fat version ... or have they made their own up? If we can do that then I've lots of interesting design ideas I'd like try out.
They are the clients' accounts
If the clients are fully informed and agree that the full-fat version is appropriate and accept the extra work and fees involved then so be it. Mine agree it's a waste of effort/money.
