SEISS2

Didn't find your answer?

I've seen no end of interweb and newspaper articles telling the self employed they can claim up to £6750.

Not many seem to have it right.

Just an observation ....

Just Googled seiss 6750
ITV and lots of newspapers appear.
My guess an error with an HMRC press statement

Mmmm - I just googled seiss £6570. There's a fair few got it right - not so many, though. I'm wondering whether the press were expecting a rounder number.

Still - if you have anyone on the maximum, be prepared for the inevitable queries.

"My guess an error with an HMRC press statement"

And would you accept, at face value, anything which originated from there? Pride in your work. Doesn't that philosophy exist any more?

So at least nine have reported the figure incorrectly.

I've found four correct.

Current odds offered - 9/4 against the right answer.

I think he's reporting it correctly.

At the start of the outbreak, he professed to only being a personal financial expert. I guess that the Coronavirus has changed his opinion?
