Tribunal reports & a little light relief

Do you read these and sometimes get a little chuckle?

Didn't find your answer?

I tend to skim read Tribunal reports for things of interest and occasionally find little nuggets that make me chuckle.

Todays is footnote 1 to TC05911 - WILLIAM RITCHIE & HAZEL RITCHIE v HMRC where you find THIS :)

It's also a nice exposition on CGT, PPR required area and Discovery

Yes; there was a Morecombe & Wise reference in the recent Tooth case that was much more amusing I thought.
