As agents we are going to get more involved in the HMRC two-step verification fad.
This is another ball ache for firm's to deal with, and the more staff/offices you have the more cumbersome it is going to be.
What is the best solution to this?
On a practical level I think we need to buy some sort of basic mobile phone for the whole office that receives all the codes for the practice and that can be set up to automatically forward all texts to a shared email address.
Anyone else got any thoughts?

We have VOIP phones and they can receive text messages (which come through as emails to either specific or all users).
We should therefore be fine.
As already stated, this only needs to be done every 18 months or if you add a new service, and only once per practice. Not sure its worth any investment at all!!!
