Hello,
I am a UK and Spanish national but I am a Spanish resident. I earn about £800 per month through Google Admob coming from software that I developed years ago and which I don't currently do any work on. The money is paid into my Revolut bank account every month in GBP. I have spent the last 6 months traveling abroad.
I would like to be self-employed in the UK and pay the tax here since in Spain I would have to pay 280€ per month to be self-employed. Can I register as self-employed in the UK and pay my taxes here?
EDIT: to clarify, half of my family lives in the UK, the other half in Spain and I spend most of the time traveling, not in the UK and not in Spain.

You can’t pick and choose where you pay tax. There are rules you have to follow unfortunately.
You would be best advised to engage an accountant to guide you through it.
