Can I recommend Metrix Accountancy who should be able to help with your query? They are a Loughborough based accountancy practice that deals with all sole trader and small business owners (sic) accounting and taxation needs.

They also file 30/11/2017 accounts which include the P&L and also the statement:-
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Thanks, can anyone recommend any VAT specialists as this seems to be a fairly complex area. Thank you

Also this https://www.gov.uk/hmrc-internal-manuals/vat-place-of-supply-services/va...

Looks like place of supply may well be Netherlands so liable for Dutch VAT. Have fun...

Also worth looking at what you are actually supplying - service or multiply supply or single supply. As you know, generally accomodation is not charged VAT but if you are suplying multiply services/products, then you may charge VAT on the composite supply etc.

Location of the delegates also matters as VAT is generally not charged services provided to outside EU customers.

In any case, you need a VAT expert to look at these in detail.

Hope this helps
