Hi all,
Employer (non UK) wants to pay a UK employee, they are an EC based company with no UK presence. I believe that only a DPNI scheme is needed as the EC Regulation 883/2004 has been withdrawn meaning that the employer doesn't need to make secondary contributions anymore, is that correct?
Also, presume that a pension scheme will need to be put in place for automatic enrolment as per usual?
Thanks.

Has it? When?

You will need to assess if the employee is considered to be working or ordinarily working in the UK according to the Pension Regulator's guidance.
