UK Resident wants to reclaim Tax Paid in Ireland

How do you reclaim for tax....no tax paid in UK

A student resident in the UK has suffered tax in Ireland.....not much.  They have not paid any tax in the UK in TY19 ye 5th April 2019.  Can they get the Irish tax back...c€ 450 or £ 400.

Possibly. But not from the UK. They need to ask the Irish Revenue Commisioners.

Tax year here in Ireland is on a calendar year basis. Have a look at https://www.revenue.ie/en/Home.aspx for some general guidance
