Using TaxCalc for Confirmation Statement filing

Using TaxCalc for Confirmation Statement filing

Didn't find your answer?

Just moved accounts/tax returns/statutory filings across to Taxcalc and pretty impressed so far.

One thing I'm not sure about is filing Confirmation Statements.

With our previous statuory software, we could print off full report showing not just public record info, but also dates of birth/residential addresses/shareholdings.

I would then send that to the client for approval before filing the Confirmation Stastement.

I can't seem to get the same info out of Taxcalc to send to the client. The best I can find is the report one can print when you've gone through the Companies House sync. But it's not ideal as it's split into left hand side (data held on system)/right hand side (data held at Companies House), plus it doesn't give shareholdings, just reasons why someone is a PSC.

Is there a report I can create in Taxcalc ?(tried Support but not much help) Or what do others do ?

Thanks

Im about a month or so away from switching to TaxCalc, ive played around with me, and didn't notice a solution you require.

However, what I usually do, is import my companies in to my companiesmadesimple account, this should give you all the details you need. Not 100% certain but I think you can print a report off there also.

BTW this wont work if previous companies were set up using another account, otherwise you have to request the company data to be transferred over.
