VAT AND BBL

I wonder if the BBL WILL BE INCLUDED IN the quarterly returns for VAT and year-end tax

It really depends on how bad your bookkeeping is.
It should be shown as a creditor over 1 year in the balance sheet.

If you mean Bounce Back Loan, no, it should not be included anywhere in your VAT Returns. It should only be shown as an amount owing in the year end accounts.
