VAT online technical problems

Problems submitting VAT return online

A client just rang to say she'd tried three times to submit her VAT online, and with more than one web browser.  Login and entering information were fine, but pressing submit takes her to a different screen with an error message - Bad information - incorrect web address.  She rang VAT online helpdesk and was put through to VAT technical help, which came up with an automated message saying they couldn't take her call.  

Is anyone else experiencing problems with submitting VAT returns?

I've just (15.05) submitted a Vat return (online) with no difficulties.

I didn't face such issue ever. I will try to call them again to see if they have that problem.
