There is surprisingly little guidance on gov.uk about changes to VAT processes and reporting from 1 February 2020

It would be unwise to assume any reduction in reporting obligations, especially for periods before 31 January 2020. I would continue to prepare and submit Intrastat, ECSL as before.

Nothing changes on 1st Feb, apart from us giving up any say in what goes on in the EU wiith our MEP's and diplomats all coming back. [Well the ones that actually turned up that is]

That's it, business as usual.

At least during transition- there will likely be changes beyond 31 December 2020 (presuming we do not extend transition, at least with this we will know by July)

The diplomats/civil servants are not coming back. Not all anyway.

Didn't Rebecca Benneyworth do an article last week about VAT implications (esp MOSS) last week? - can't find it now but think it covered what is known
