Virus email - Companies House

Warning: Looks very convincing

We have had through this morning to all our computers a very plausable looking email

Title is "Companies House secure form"

On closer inspection its blatently some sort of virus or attemtp to hijack the machine, but would be easy to click on in error if distracted, or by a junior member of staff, so click carefully!

I had this - it did look plausible (no spellink errers) .
Deleted it without opening.

I haven't had this luckily but thanks very much for raising awareness for us all.

I received this email yesterday, and I very nearly fell for it as my annual return is due around now. My computer wouldn't let me forward it to the Companies House fraud reporting email address, probaly because the attachment includes a nasty virus.

client got it & forwarded to me to deal with. I did open it I admit, then thought twice & googled it before realising it was spam. Quite authentic-looking though. Bit scary like you say if you're a bit distracted. :(
