Ask me about this time tomorrow and I will have facts rather than speculation.

The new multiple children allowance is to be introduced, fathers with more than five children to receive a substantial, tax free, cash grant.

MPs to continue to reclaim expenses but will also be able to obtain tax relief for all these expenses notwithstanding they have been reimbursed, this of course includes the cost of a nanny.

Whilst HS2 is to be curtailed a new Boris statue is to be built astride the Thames at Westminster, it will have a spray of water down from it onto the H of P.

All news archives will now require to be formatted at midnight every day so there is no trace evidence when one of our elected representatives subsequently has a slight problem remembering what actually happened the previous day, this measure is expected to save MPs £1,000,000,000 per year in litigation costs

The reward for any information about the whereabouts of the missing Mr Starmer will be doubled to £1.

"We've listened to accountants up and down the country, who are at the front end of helping the self-employed keep their accounts and tax affairs up to date, and realise they are the ones who know best about compliance. And so, Mr Speaker, I announce we will not be going ahead with MTD as announced previously"

And then I woke up.

Maybe another SDLT holiday, as if BTL landlords didn't have enough of a chance to fill their boots a little more.

Generally I'm not in favour of VAT cuts, rarely gets passed onto the consumer.

A cut in domestic gas might save the household £50 a year, set against a £400 rise in gas prices because of the price cap....hmm, best not bother.

I do expect something about Freeport's, they are part of 'building back better'.
