what do I declare on SATR for non UK resident

what goes on the return?

During the 17/18 tax year I did not set foot in the UK so I am automatically non resident according to the tests.  As I was travelling I was also not tax resident anywhere else.  My question is which of these 4 sources of income should go on my UK Tax Return?

1. State pension (10k), 2. small private pension with tax deducted (5k), 3. rental income from my ex UK home (12k) and 4, a small salary from my UK limited company (8k)

Not sure I agree with that, certainly the UK based income would have to be declared so that is the pension and rental income no question, but if the employment duties are not carried out in the UK they are not taxable in the UK, hard to see how they could be if the OP had not been in the UK at all that year.

https://www.gov.uk/tax-uk-income-live-abroad is basic but a good start. Make sure you follow the links re non-resident landlords in the rental section.

Is your UK limited company proposing to claim tax relief for the £8,000 it's paid you while you were travelling?

Did you make a note of your entry and exit times when using UK airspace?
