What happened to the Sage 50 forum?

Didn't find your answer?

OK. To be honest I'm not liking this though it may take a few days/weeks/months to get used to it.

But like others, I find nothing intuitive here. And based on one of the final posts about discussion groups going on hiatus, when they would then plan the layout, it seems that is what has happened. Changed the system before planning it.

Is there a dislike button here?

Thanks for your feedback Max and for raising the question about the discussion groups.

This new site architecture is a company-wide platform catering for several other sites than AccountingWEB. We took the decision to get the basic framework of the new platform up and running first and then to bring in non-standard enhancements specific to AccountingWEB - including Discussion Groups and Opportunties (as well as a lot of other tweaks suggested by testers and members).

The Sage 50 Discussion group and others like it are in a state of suspended animation - the content is still in our database and we will bring it back once our programmers have completed the extra work to handle Discussion groups on the new site.

This blog post explains a little more about the background: https://www.accountingweb.co.uk/community/blogs/richard-hattersley/aweb-...

Please bear with us and we hope it won't be too long before you're able to network with fellow Sage users again on AccountingWEB.
