My question is about the likelyhood of increased threshold for MTD in April 2024 in view of the general election. Labour and Liberal are unhappy with £10k threshold along with general public. Conservative would loose the election being careless and ignorant about small businesses.

9.73%, I think I read somewhere.
That's just the probability of the threshold being raised *if* there change in the party of government. You also have to multiply by the probability of a general election being called early and the probability of the Tories losing power.
Which gives probability of the MTD threshold being modified for political reasons similar to that of winning a lottery jackpot.
All sorts of other reasons why the scope and/or threshold being changed. Politics isn't one.
The likelihood of the threshold being raised is low. The likelihood of certain parts of the plan going ahead, eg quarterly reporting, is much less certain.
