What software do companies /people use for keeping track of when work is due and deadlines etc for multiple companies. Year end, annual return submissions, vat returns due etc?

I imagine most accountants start out with a spreadsheet then migrate to a CRM like Senta (others are available) when their size justifies it.
Inform Direct for Ltd company accounts and confirmation statements.
Glide for other deadlines eg VAT returns
