What software is recommended to make an adjustment to an EPS for the previous tax year since my software cannot do it . Please don't say PAYE Tools from HMRC. NOW SORTED-THANKS TO ALL WHO REPLIED

Moneysoft payroll manager can do it. But what you must do before anything else is check that you can copy your softwares client id/payroll number/unique identifier for each employee otherwise hmrc will assume two employments and that's more headache than its worth.

Cloud Pay Bureau . It used to be known as Payroo and used to be free

Capium is totally free up to 3 employees per company. East to use. Recommended.

Even if your software can't, an adjustment to the EPS using BPT will be no hardship. It's not like an EYU.

My understanding is that all you need to do for last tax year onwards is resubmit the EPS. Will your software not allow that? If so I wonder if it is compliant!

It's definitely compliant-I've been using it for years but no it won't let me do that either I'm afraid but at least it's done now

The HMRC provide the free Basic PAYE Tools (BPT) which allows for the filing of the Employer Payment Summary (EPS). This can be used by any sized employer in relation to EPS.
