What is first 16 update and how do we interprete it during a question interview

I'm guessing you mean IFRS16 and auto correct has garbled your question.

If you're going for the sort of role where you are asked a question as technical as that, I really think you need to have your own insight and understanding. If you don't you won't be able to do the job.
