Why change this website when it worked?

As above

Didn't find your answer?

Why change this website when it was so good and easy to use.

Quite frankly the new design is awful.

It seems it's like everything else change for change sake... Why why why?

ps it's Mikeyban but can't even see how to say who I am!!

I agree, this is not good, first I couldn't log in so I had to get a password reset, logged in with onetime log in, went to change my password and it keeps telling me I have not filled in all the boxes! Once I log out I will be locked out again!!

I had the same issue. I went to "Edit my profile" and selected my Title - a required field - and saved that page first. I could then go the password page and save my new password.

Obviously something is going a bit wrong but this is a workaround until Aweb irons out the issue.

Since Moneysavingexpert.com changed its website design for the worse I hardly ever post there, I just find it really off-putting when functionality that used to be there isn't any more.

Now Accountingweb have done the same thing. Do these folks test the new design on actual users before they push the button? Did they give the software contract to HMRC Digital Services or something?
