Why do I have Limited PAYE authorisation?

I have recently requested PAYE agent authorisation for several clients. Clients have forwarded me the authorisation codes and I am now authorised, but with Limited Authorisation. So I cannot see the Payments etc. Why is this happening, anybody know?  One Client added me as Agent through his own online account, but even for that client I only have limited authorisation.

Anybody else has the same experience?
