Why non-tax counsel shouldn't do tax counsel stuff

Some of the tax related submissions here by the non-tax barrister KCs are just totally duff

The problem is that HMRC were probably part-funding this rubbish liquidator claim, so it's cost us taxpayers.

Reading this, it looks like the tax barrister has basically wiped the floor with the liquidator's two KCs here.
