Xero Partner Plan Prices

I must have missed the increase

Didn't find your answer?

I thought the monthly bill looked higher than expected and yes, it seems I missed the price increase for the Cash book plans.

Cashbook VAT from £9.50 to £11

Cashbook from £5.50 to £7

what a beautiful price increase

Yes-It looks like Xero are going down the IRIS/Sage route with seemingly endless unjustified annual increases. Not content with the scam that SAAS is already, the product is almost identical to what it was 5 years ago but they try to justify the price rises as due to "R&D". Perhaps if they spent less time on those annoying TV ads they could stabilise their prices for the Accountants that have supported them over the years? Oh for the days when you could make a one-off purchase of software:-(
As a Practice we are looking at moving our 950 Clients over to a provider that is not intent on continually ripping us off!

You should see what they're doing with their users' Stripe accounts as well..

They're gradually somehow getting Stripe to split users' accounts in two and giving management and billing of the new account to Xero. Many people on the Xero forums who've already been subjected to this seem to be steaming about some of the outcomes of this (including inability to see historic transaction data, having to pass KYC verification again, having to check two Stripe accounts for new transactions, etc.)

Just renewed with VT, which serves ALL our clients' bookkeeping, Vat returns, and final accounts incl Co House filing for £260 for two users.

Problem is it's not so good when you're sharing between different people in different locations etc

Totally predictable, especially with the whole make your practice a Xero practice, type marketing - getting firms and clients locked in. The funny thing is, a lot of firms carried a lot of marketing water for Xero and now they are getting hit with price increases as a thank you.

Then we have most people on here seeming to still be in the thrall of Iris. They keep renewing, keep switching product when ordered to, and keep coming on here complaining about tech issues and price increases. Again and again. Probably the same people who had to think about debits and credits in terms of windows and doors. Maybe they still do.

Great I need to sign up for a lot of new bureau licences if I want the bureau option, I cannot transfer existing clients.

Seems scummy to me.
