Reeves delivers crowd funding solution

Accountancy firm Reeves has helped restaurant chain Leon raise finance from its club members by issuing a corporate bond.

Reeves came up with the “crowd source” funding solution when the restaurant started exploring alternative ways to fund the expansion of its franchise.

The South East chain asked its customers, and not the banks, to lend the money and at the end of three years monies lent to the company are returned to club members.
