Ex-Torex FD quits roles at two firms

Mark Woodbridge, whose home was reportedly raided by fraud investigators as part of a probe into the financial activities at software firm Torex Retail, has resigned from his positions with two companies. Dan Martin reports.

Healthcare technology company Ascribe said Woodbridge had quit as non-executive director due to "recent press comment", while business-to-business communications group AT Communications (ATC) announced that he had stepped down as finance director. ATC said it had always been the intention for Woodbridge to quit before the second anniversary of its listing.
