David Vine of GlobalExpense offers his advice on how the MP expenses system should be overhauled.

While many of us have a few choice words of wisdom wed like to share with Sir Christopher Kelly, who is leading the Committee on Standards in Public Life review of the MP expenses system, the managing director of one expenses management company has released four top tips which he feels would radically improve the system.
