The last week of tax returns season has meant weight loss was not at the forefront of my mind. At the same time I was worried about reporting a gain this week. Once again I forced myself to go for the weigh-in despite being very busy. I am pleased with another loss. I put this loss down to stress and cycling.

My food intake continued to be high. I did not count my points. As the stress level built up my food intake increased. It is great that I am gradually losing the weight. It also needs to be about changing my attitude to food to maintain my weight loss.

I have found that I just do not have the time to think about me and way I should change my eating patterns. I will try and stay for Weight Watchers meetings. It is good to exchange ideas with others.

I am pleased about the fact that despite some very cold days, I continued with cycling. Though my £40 Direct Debit gym membership is such a waste. Once again I did not use the gym for the whole week. I was just not able to fit it in during the tax return season. I may cancel the membership and just get some light weights so I can undertake resistance training at home. Though I wonder whether this will be just another piece of sport equipment that will gather dust after just a couple of weeks. It would not be any different to my wiifit!

I am looking forward to reaching 1 stone loss. I will get another Silver Seven.

This week’s result – Loss 1lb (one pound)

Total Weight loss to date: 12.5lbs

This week’s Weight: 12 stones 12.5.lbs

Target Weight: 10 stones

Weight left to lose now: 2 stones 12.5lbs
