Introducing the new iX dashboard

Great news from Insight Exchange! Your monthly iX performance report is now a live dashboard!

We’ve always prided ourselves on the data and insight we deliver our iX partners – but now we’re taking it up a gear!

iX dashboard

As of July, iX partners will no longer receive their monthly performance report as a PDF. Now it’s a live dashboard – all the same data, all the same trend analysis, exactly the same insight into your content’s performance but now live rather than locked into a download.

To access your dashboard, just click on the link you’ve been sent from us. It’s in the email titled ‘Introducing the new iX Dashboard’.

To access your dashboard, you will need a Google account.

Not got one? Here what’s to do.

  • You don’t need a Gmail address to create a Google account. You can do it with your existing email address.
  • Just click this link, and select ‘Use my current email address instead’ under the Username form field

And that’s it! If you still need a hand, just email Hannah Samuel in Delivery or Valme Claro in Editorial and we’ll get you up and running super quick!

We will continue to send you a monthly iX newsletter reminding you of the latest iX news, blog updates and important dates for your diary – keep an eye out for it as we have lots of improvements coming throughout 2019 – but your new dashboard means you can now monitor your content's performance live and look at past results.

  • Something performing well? Your audience are loving it so do more!
  • Something struggling to get traction? Go and optimise the article, give it a boost on your socials or contact us for some ideas on what to do.

We think you’ll like the new dashboard – we’ll be making improvements to it over the coming months so please get in touch via [email protected] and let us know what you’d like to see.

Hope you enjoy!
