Great news for Tim this AM.
From 2017 all restrictions will be lifted from NEST giving them the same freedoms in terms of transfers in and out as well as no self enforced cap on contributions from 2017.
Has this removed the slope from the pensions playing field and made everything level or will the traditional providers see this as a further unfair advantage?
Many smaller employers will have been contemplating using NEST going forwards and many larger ones may have been may have been put off by these restrictions. Will this latest news change their minds or will nobody notice or care??
Will this result in a rethink for employers large and small about who they use for their QWPS or will it go completely unnoticed?
