As part of an ongoing effort to provide solutions that help manage and grow your practice, AccountancyManager (AM) has acquired Nexok. is lead generation software that enables users to extract target lists from Companies House for direct mailing campaigns.

Nexok was built by AM founders James Byrne and Alex Hawke prior to launching AccountancyManager. They have used the platform to grow both AM and the accounting firm that James ran by obtaining information from Companies House to target limited companies across the UK.

Lists can be obtained using 50+ advanced search filters, ensuring that the data extracted is targeted, and letters can be automatically generated within the system. Users are able to obtain credit reports on target businesses and outsource the printing and posting of letters.

Whilst running an accountancy practice, I found direct marketing to be an effective business development activity, however, the admin involved in the process affected my billable hours. Having developed Nexok, I was able to grow the practice whilst reducing the time spent on business development.”

- James Byrne, AccountancyManager CEO

AM users can find out more about Nexok within the tools section of AM. Users also benefit from 20% extra downloads and monthly packages start at just £25 per month. There is also a free 14-day trial.

Big fan of this software and really impressed by its features and usability. Our first batch of letters dropped in the post box this morning.”

- Johann Goree, founder at JGBC

Any business can use Nexok, therefore further referral discounts are available for users who recommend the software to their clients.

The software is now live, so we invite you to take advantage of the free 14-day trial. We’ll also be running an online demo on Wednesday 3rd March at 10am to showcase how the system works and answer any questions.
