Did you know?
Staff Re-assign – If you have a member of staff leave or you need to transfer work over to a new member of staff, under staff users there is an option to re-assign all tasks and clients (including notifications) over to a new member of staff.
Reminders – If you reach deadline day and haven’t yet submitted the client’s accounts, CT600 or confirmation statement etc, the account manager will receive an SMS message letting them know. This has already saved a few accountants! Make sure you have your mobile number in the ‘My Details’ section under settings.
Tasks Layout – By default, we split tasks into weeks so you can plan your workload. If you don't want to view your task list by weeks then you can disable this setting (‘Split Tasks into Weeks’) in ‘My Settings’.
Multiple Emails – You can enter multiple emails into email fields separated by a comma.
