Award-winning accounting software provider FreeAgent has released a host of updates on its mobile app that can help your clients tackle their admin tasks while they’re on the go.
The FreeAgent mobile app is now optimised for iPad
FreeAgent has updated its iOS mobile app so any of your clients who use an iPad can access the same great functionality, from explaining their bank transactions to re-consenting their bank feeds, with a layout that’s tailored for the iPad’s bigger screen.
Share existing files
Using the mobile app’s ‘Capture for later’ feature, your clients can snap pictures of their receipts and store them in the ‘Files’ area of their FreeAgent account.
FreeAgent has expanded this functionality so your clients can import existing files and attachments from their mobile devices into FreeAgent. You can then attach your clients’ stored files to expenses or bank transactions on the desktop version of FreeAgent. Alternatively, your clients can attach their own files using either the desktop version of FreeAgent or the mobile app.
Enable multiple bank feeds
Your clients can now enable their bank feeds on the FreeAgent mobile app and set up multiple feeds from the same bank in one go. By using fingerprint or face recognition to authorise their bank feed setup, your clients won’t need to worry about looking for their online banking login details to do this.
NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Ulster Bank NI business current account holders can now access Payit™
Clients with full access to FreeAgent who have a NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Ulster Bank NI business current account set as their primary bank account in FreeAgent can now access Payit™ on both the FreeAgent mobile app and the desktop version of FreeAgent
