Award-winning cloud accounting provider FreeAgent has launched a new business performance tool called Radar to help your clients focus on what’s most important to them and save your practice time in the process.
What is Radar?
Radar is a new feature that uses smart data analysis to highlight important admin tasks in FreeAgent. It also surfaces insights to help your clients become more productive and better at business. The feature is split into two main areas:
Admin To-Do List
Radar’s Admin To-Do List highlights important admin tasks your client can complete in FreeAgent such as explaining transactions and reconnecting and re-consenting Open Banking bank feeds. This should mean that you spend less time reminding your clients to keep their accounts up to date.
Radar’s Insights section provides your clients with actionable notifications. These include who their slowest paying customers are with the option to set up automated invoice reminders and what your clients' top spending categories are to help them plan for the next six months.
