Compliance to reliance – using a structured process for success

When growing your practice, it’s easy to fall into the habit of focusing on the low-hanging fruit – the compliance work that clients need to have done and cannot avoid. However, in today’s increasingly competitive market, now is the time to adjust your focus to advisory.

Join this webinar hosted by Mark Holton for one hour to find out how you can help your clients identify ways to improve their business’ bottom line, whilst positioning you as a crucial and valued service provider. In 60 minutes, Mark will demonstrate how to drive your business advisory services from compliance to reliance using the seven steps to success.

In this webinar you will learn how to:

  • Develop the right firm structure
  • Address key infrastructure issues
  • Create sustainable client engagement and delivery models
