We’re delighted to announce that our IRIS Payroll Professional Support Team have been shortlisted for The Rewards Awards 2019’s Customer Service Award!

Hosted by Reward Strategy, each year The Rewards are independently judged and end with a prestigious black tie dinner and ceremony at The London Hilton Bankside.

The award categories are designed to reflect the widening remit of the profession, and its increasingly close association with HR, reward, employee benefits and pensions.

We’re incredibly proud of our IRIS Payroll Professional Support Team, not just for their outstanding Net Promoter Score of 72, or that they ensure that 94% of our at-risk clients’ support queries are resolved in under 30 minutes of escalation, but for the dedication and work ethic of the team as a whole.

The team support our 567 IRIS Payroll Professional clients across the UK, providing advice, guidance and technical back up for both in-house payroll teams and specialist bureaux.
