Extended January Support Hours
During January, our support phone lines are open for extended hours, between 9 am and 6 pm. Support technicians will also deal with emails and voice messages between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm.
At the weekend, you can access email support on Saturdays between 10 am and 5 pm.
And on January 31st, no matter which day of the week it falls on, we provide telephone support until 8 pm and email support till midnight.
