We’re enthusiastic about providing an intuitive bookkeeping solution which helps to reduce accounting errors. It means that our refreshingly simple Pandle bookkeeping software includes a high level of user support.

To further improve our customer service, we’ve now added Live Chat support to Pandle Mobile. Users can get the help they need, right from within the app itself, helping things get done more quickly, and with less frustration.

Bookkeeping support you can rely on

The Live Chat function was rolled out with the Pandle web app. For those using Pandle Mobile whilst on the move, it’s even more important that access to support is effortless.

By introducing the Live Chat feature to Pandle Mobile, users can talk to real people with an in-depth knowledge of Pandle and accounting practices.

Rapid response accounting support

We take customer support seriously for our clients and our clients’ clients.

We aim to respond to all live chats within 1-2 minutes. The feature is accessible from the main Pandle Mobile menu, just select the Live Chat feature to launch.

Our full range of Help Centre articles are also kept there, to make it easier for users to find answers outside of our Live Chat support hours.  

PDF downloads

Alongside the new Live Chat feature, this latest update also allows users to download PDF versions of their invoices. We know this is one users have been waiting for, so we're happy to oblige!

After creating an invoice, users can download a PDF version which can be previewed, or sent through an external mailing client rather than directly from Pandle.
