Uploading enrolment files, uploading contribution files, approving payments. Checking for opt outs. Fixing errors. Processing your clients' auto enrolment admin is a series of labourious manual processes, carried out on multiple pension provider websites.

We've recorded 3 short videos to illustrate how the software you use can transform this process:

Uploading manually to Nest

We timed ourselves uploading 10 contribution files to Nest. We're pretty good at this - we're experienced pension professionals after all - so we completed it, with no errors, in a shade under 10 minutes. But if you're a bureau with 100 or 1000 Nest clients, clearly it would take a lot longer. And that's without the separate enrolment process, separate payment approval, separate error fixes. And of course you have a separate process entirely for your People's Pension, Smart Pension, NOW:Pensions and Aviva clients, and others. Even a mid-sized bureau can end up spending several days a month just on processing pension uploads.

Bulk upload through PensionSync

In this second video, we show you how you can drag and drop the same files into PensionSync. This takes seconds, and because PensionSync accepts the files as a bulk upload, it doesn't matter whether you have 10 or 100 or 1000 - it takes the same time. You can upload files for all the different providers in one go, too - and it covers all your enrolments, contributions and payment approval in one go.

PensionSync integration in your payroll software

Finally, it's actually possible to remove the file upload process completely. In the video, we show you how our integration partner KeyPay have built it into their payroll process, so that you don't actually have to do anything, other than tick a box in the pay run that tells the payroll software to submit the data to PensionSync for you.

PensionSync accepts data files from any payroll software, and is fully integrated with around 15 software products currently, with more integrations being added all the time.
