Record multiple transactions at once
It’s now even quicker to do bookkeeping when you bulk record and match transactions! You have the option to use a template to record multiple transactions at once or record them individually.

Fixed asset management
You can now register assets while recording transactions, manage them, and apply depreciation as appropriate. No more Excel trickeries or year end surprises!

New expenses features
We’ve made some exciting updates to our expenses features, so it’s even easier for your clients to manage their expenses.
Create draft expenses
To create a draft expense simply upload your documents as normal, and click Save as draft. You can also delete the draft if you want to.
Filter expenses
Now you can filter expenses and see a summary of all expenses that match a current search. This will help you check against your bank statements.
Improvements to settlements of an invoice
We have added two more ways of settling an invoice in bank fees and bad debt. You, or your clients, can now create stand alone settlements.
- Bad debt: Use this to confirm the invoice won’t be paid.
- Bank fee: Use this when a bank fee is deducted from a received payment, for example from PayPal or similar methods.
