New CPD Webinar goes live: Autumn Tax Update 2017
As part of Lifecycle’s continuing commitment to free accountant training, the recent series of Autumn Tax Update sessions, which took place at seven venues across the country, has now been completed.
For those accountants that weren’t able to attend one of these popular events, or for those who would like to share the content with their colleagues, an hour long webinar version of the seminar is now available.
In these sessions, we welcomed back renowned tax expert, Gerry Jackson, from Park Seminars, to provide an informative update on a number of topical tax issues, including:
- Making Tax Digital – the current position
- CGT on land and property, and anti-avoidance
- IR35 – an update
- Letting property: the interest restriction and what to do about it
The free CPD seminars are open to Lifecycle members who can view the webinar by clicking here to access their personal dashboard. For those accountants who are not yet a member, simply click here to register and then view the webinar from the training section of the website.
Programme for 2018 confirmed and extra venues added!
We are also pleased to announce that the programme of free CPD courses at venues across the country has been confirmed until September 2018. In addition to our existing locations, we have also added three new venues in Cheshire, Durham and the East Midlands, as well as sessions in Glasgow to support our emerging Scottish office.
The next regional events will be the Spring Accounting Update, presented by Park Seminars, which will be taking place in February and March 2018.
