“Roles within Apron should be singular. For insurance purposes, a Creator should only be allowed to create a payment. An Approver should be allowed to approve. The only person with access to everything should be the Administrator.”
This led us to the creation of Custom Roles, a feature that Apron users can implement for specific purposes and complex workflows.
