New Pandle Feature: Pandle Notes, a New Way to Collaborate With Clients

At Pandle we focus on making bookkeeping an effortless experience for users. Improving and updating our features allows us to create a cloud accounting software that promotes simplicity and promotes communication between client and accountant.

With this in mind, we’re announcing the launch of a brand new feature: Pandle Notes. The aim of Pandle Notes is to improve user experience in Pandle and also to encourage more collaboration between client and accountant, which makes everyone’s lives easier.

With Pandle Notes, users will now be able to create notes and attach them to transactions whenever they need to highlight important information for other users or their accountant.

Accountants will also be able to leave notes for their clients, allowing an easy explanation process for any transactions that could be misconstrued or assumed as an error.  

Users will be able to look at an overview of all the notes created which they will be able to filter through or search through previous notes.

We’re working on giving users the ability to tag each other and their accountant in notes too. This means that new notes will trigger a notification for either the user or the accountant to view the new information and act on it if necessary.

We also want users to be able to attach reminders to notes that will send a notification reminding users to check new notes or act on existing ones.

In some cases this could cut down on lengthy phone conversations about individual transactions as all the information, updates and reminders will be accessible directly from Pandle.

Below is an example of the type of note a user could leave on a transaction so that important information is not lost or forgotten. This keeps everyone in the loop and ensures there are fewer errors or communication issues.

Alongside Pandle Notes, we’re planning to create an organiser feature in Pandle. This will include tasks, reminders, a calendar and collaboration tools so that users and accountants can communicate within Pandle. We’re working on this feature at the moment, so keep an eye out for updates on our feature release timetable.

Interested in using Pandle in your practice?

You can now partner with Pandle in one of two ways. Our basic version allows you to simply use our software within your practice to manage your clients’ accounts with ease.

Our pro version, Brandle gives you full use of Pandle but under your own company branding. All mentions of Pandle will be removed so it’ll be like having your very own software but without the expense of developing it yourself.
