New Pandle Feature: Running Balances for Customer, Supplier and Bank Accounts
With the hurdle of Self Assessment season finally over, we’d like to take the opportunity to tell you about a new feature we’ve been working on.
While our next major feature release isn’t due until later this month, we wanted to drop an update to keep things rolling.
Our new updates give users more insight into the financial information they see when viewing their customer, supplier and bank accounts.
This came about after hearing that some of our users were unable to view running balances, on bank accounts in particular. This had become a point of frustration, especially for our partner accountants.
So, we’ve taken action and are happy to announce that running balances will now appear for all customer, supplier and bank accounts within Pandle.
How does it work?
Accessing this is really simple. All users need to do is click on either a customer, supplier or bank account within the Enter Transactions screen, as shown below:
From there, users can view detailed financial information on each account – including running balances – which will appear in the right-hand column:
Become part of our new developments
This is a prime example of how we listen carefully to our users and their suggestions. We’re always looking for new ways to improve Pandle to make it as simpler and user-friendly as possible.
If you’re interested in being a part of all our exciting new developments, then why not sign up as a Pandle partner accountant?
Being a partner means you can use our refreshingly simple bookkeeping software to manage all your clients’ records.
We even have a white labelling option called Brandle, which will allow you to use our software but with the added bonus of having all mentions of Pandle replaced with your own company branding. There’s no need to spend all that time and effort developing your own bookkeeping software when Pandle can do it all for you.
Simply tell us a bit about yourself through this link, we’ll present you with the best option that suits your firm’s needs.
