July 4th, 2018, Merton: Onkho, developers of a powerful cloud practice management solution for accountants and bookkeepers, has now included cloud storage for client documents for its customers as an industry-beating no-cost extra. Customers on onkho’s Pay As You Grow plan get 4GB per client and those on onkho’s 100 Plan can take advantage of 1 Terabyte in total.
Susan Rahman, co-founder, onkho and an accountant in practice says: “Keeping documents with your client and seeing them in your practice management solution makes things so much easier and simpler. It also suits the way that we work. In my own practice, I don’t have to keep switching between Onkho and my online storage to see files. Best of all, I can save money as I’m not paying for storage space anymore. I’m thrilled that we now offer cloud storage and that my friends in the profession will benefit as well.”
Emanur Rahman, CEO, onkho says: “Document storage is step one in our march towards a new type of client access portal and by making it a no-cost extra, our customers are can save money on their existing cloud storage arrangements, particularly because all of our plans are based on unlimited users. We’re able to offer such great value for money because we’re not in the cloud storage business – we’re in the business of helping accountants and bookkeepers delight their clients!”
Onkho is a cloud practice management solution for accountants and bookkeepers that includes:
Workflow for planning, allocating and tracking deadlines
A fully featured CRM system
Communication for automated reminders and sending and receiving messages
Insights to report on anything from the status of jobs to up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
Onkho gives accountants and bookkeepers a 360-degree view of each client along with notes, messages, meeting notes, which are all kept in one place, so the entire team can work as one. It automates repetitive tasks, helps to record and track what is happening with clients and ensures deadlines are never missed. It means accountants and bookkeepers can focus on delivering exceptional service and adding value and not just producing numbers.
Onkho addresses the challenges faced by today’s busy practices. It is the brain child of Susan Rahman, who has her own thriving firm in South West London and her business partner, Emanur, who was an accountant at the BBC and a CTO at the London Stock Exchange, to develop the missing technology piece in the practice jigsaw. Since starting to use Onkho, Susan's client retention has increased from 85% to 99%.
