Zahara have collaborated with Intsys to integrate Zahara’s cloud-based Purchase Approvals Platform with Opera 3 and Opera SE.

The combined solution enables Opera users to easily raise orders and carry out invoice approvals by email, create automatic invoice approval triggers as well as automate invoice processing and order matching.

By partnering with Intsys, the award-winning Pegasus Partner and the only Centre of Excellence in the UK, Zahara’s purchase approvals platform becomes an optional upgrade for Opera users to manage departmental budgets, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and multi-level approvals. As Zahara is cloud based, it is particularly powerful for small and medium sized organisations with multiple sites and a large number of transactions.

Employees can raise requisitions, orders and invoice approvals from their desktop, tablet or mobile – perfect for today’s mobile workforce. And with the integration with Opera, management gain a single, unified view of the business.
